Got the chance to help out with creating (I volunteered )some page layouts for student university magazine QUTE. Its was a good chance to final use my  graphic design skills boy I felt really rusty special when using Indesign. In the end it all come together very well. So go pick up a copy it's free from around the QUT university. 

Air Max Competition Sketches and Ideas

Few sketches that I did last night my main think fro this art competitions was to draw some kind of hipster warrior that wore Pegasus Nike shoes with a power glove. I'm sure that I was half asleep when I draw the wacky diamond face ninja sitting down on a chair but just really like it for a strange reason.

Lost and Confused

The final version of my lost and confused illustration. Decided to drop the tattoo's because taking away from the type and making the whole piece to busy to look at. I had the all seeing eye in one of my rough drawings from awhile back think it helped balance out the rest of the illustration by giving your eye away of following the drawings composition.

Burlesque flyer...almost finished

Man I feel rusty when it comes in actually designing something. Took my inspiration from the amazing Alphonse Mucha but keep my design rather simply compared to his complex masterpieces.

Development of burlesque flyer for my friends monthly keep active event were she show you that keeping fit isn't just about have to run on one machine for an hour to lose weight . The character that we created has yet to be given a name yet is already of to her second job us a sexy burlesque dancer.

Watching movie helps me be creative.

Unhappy with the overall layout of my illustration I need to find a some inspiration that invoked that feeling of being young, angry and slackerish what better then wasting a day watching movies for that inspiration. My brain snap of an idea did'nt come to tell I saw the dvd cover of a clockwork orange it was a quick rush to my sketchbook so I could get the overall design in my head onto paper. Now all that needed is to stop watching movies and get it done.
